It's not clear to me what is the distinctive architectural feature of taoist temples vs Buddhist temples in China. In any case, this temple does look like a temple of China. Note the perfectly circular arch, and the red paper lanterns↗, the clover-shaped windows, and the redness, are all hallmarks of traditional Chinese architecture.
