痴痴的等 is a masochistic love song. The original singer is 林黛 (Lin Dai, 1934-1964), a Chinese actress superstar. “Foolish Wait” was released in 1964. It's the soundtrack to《藍與黑》(The Blue And The Black, 1966), a melodrama in war time (WWII) about unrequited love.
