neoconservatives (aka neocon), basically means, usa must preemptive attack if necessary to preserve american interest. e.g. want American empire.

neoconservatives: George W. Bush, Paul Wolfowitz, John Bolton, Elliott Abrams, Richard Perle and Paul Bremer. Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld.

and, Hillary Clinton.

What is Alt-Left?

not yet a popular term, but it basically means the social justice warriors. e.g. they push women to go into science math engineering jobs, they talk about gender income gap, they talk aout gay transgender stuff all day, they chant “black lives matters”, they are quick to label anyone who doesn't agree with them as sexism, racism, homophobia, xenophobia, etc.
